What we will need to know:

  • Issue you are wanting help with.
  • Detox, well being or cancer.

**If indeed is cancer related:

  • What is the primary cancer or is it a metastasis?
  • Has the cancer been classified and identified?
    (example — stage 3 her2 breast cancer, estrogen related etc.?)

Explain in email exactly what is going on, for how long and what, if anything you are currently doing about it. Dr's — Oncologists —

Include:

  • CT, MRI or PET scan reports from radiologist.
  • Recent blood work test results PDF's.
  • Any food or medication allergies?
  • Other current medical issues?
  • What all and specific supplements, medications and treatments are currently being utilized now or in the recent 6 month past?
    (Be specific about each including dosage amounts/times per day/when/with or without food.)

Family history of cancer?

Hopefully you have something like MyChart that you can access these records and simply download them to a PDF on your computer and forward to me.
