Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing All in-stock orders are packed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number or a picture of your tracking label. Delivery is available to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and commercial locations.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • In-stock items: 3–5 business days
  • All other items: 7–14 business days
  • If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.

4. Lost or Missing Packages If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. Lost package claims must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the expected delivery date. If the carrier confirms delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

5. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

6. Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
