Refund policy

At Holistic Healing LLC, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience for all of our customers. This policy outlines our procedures regarding order processing, shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds. By placing an order with Holistic Healing LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Confirmation After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt, or a confirmation email including a picture of the tracking label. All orders are packed and ready within 24 hours for in-stock USA items. If a product is not in stock, a separate email will confirm that your order is being processed for dispatch. If any payment-related issue arises, our support team will notify you promptly via email.

2. Shipping Confirmation Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or picture of the label. Holistic Healing LLC delivers to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and commercial addresses throughout the USA.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • In-stock items: 3–5 business days
  • All other items: 7–14 business days

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us at holistichealingllcusa@gmail.com so we can investigate.

4. Lost Orders & Reshipments If your package is confirmed lost in transit, you are entitled to either a free reshipment of the same order or a full refund to your original payment method. Lost package claims must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the shipping date. Requests made after 15 days may not qualify. If the carrier confirms delivery, the customer must contact the carrier directly to resolve the matter. Holistic Healing LLC is not responsible beyond that point.

5. Returns & Refunds We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and sealed in original packaging
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Within expiry date
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at holistichealingllcusa@gmail.com. Please include your name, order date, and order number. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

6. Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at holistichealingllcusa@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Non-Returnable Items For safety and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products confirmed delivered in correct condition and not defective
  • Special-order or custom products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

8. Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. Refund Process Once your refund request is approved:

  1. You will receive an email confirmation of approval.
  2. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  3. Allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
