Thank you for shopping with Holistic Healing LLC. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by country and are typically 7–21 business days after processing. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. Holistic Healing LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and selected shipping method. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Holistic Healing LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Contact us through our Contact page if the issue is unresolved
We will do our best to assist in resolving the situation.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Holistic Healing LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately through our Contact page and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
