At Holistic Healing LLC, your satisfaction matters. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
- The product has not been used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products, we are unable to accept returns on opened products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used supplements
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items marked as final sale
- Products returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, in which case Holistic Healing LLC will cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
