There are three main classes of parasites that can cause disease in humans: protozoa, helminths, and ectoparasites.
A trio of soil-transmitted helminths — intestinal roundworms (Ascaris lumbricoides), whipworms (Trichuris trichiura), and hookworms (Necator americanus, Ancylostoma duodenale, and Ancylostoma ceylanicum) — are dubbed the "unholy trinity." Those helminths infect humans via ingestion of food or water contaminated with soil. The five most common parasites are: Malaria, Toxoplasmosis, Head lice, Giardiasis, and Pinworms.

For a complete parasite detox, each person should consider following this type of protocol for 18 total days: 6 days on, 1 day off, repeated for 3 weeks — following the Dr. Lodi stack as a guide.
For ONE person (Dr. Lodi Protocol):
- 1 — 12 mg Ivermectin tablet, 3 times daily (taken on empty stomach, 30 minutes before any food)
- 1 — 250 mg Fenbendazole tablet, 3 times daily with food
- 1 — 600 mg Praziquantel, 3 times daily with food
- 1 — 100 mg Fluconazole, 3 times daily with food
- 1 — 100 mg Tinidazole, 3 times daily with food
MCP (Modified Citrus Pectin): 1 scoop (5 grams) in the AM and 1 scoop in the PM, every day — including rest days — mixed in water, juice, or tea.
Water: Drink plenty of pure spring or filtered water. Using lemon slices and lemon zest really helps. Avoid tap water.
What to Expect
After 48 hours, you may begin seeing unusual things in your urine and/or feces — these will be the parasites (string-like with a head), liver flukes (guitar pick shapes), and related debris. You may also notice some movement under the skin.
The 3-week timing is designed to address the first kill, then remaining residue plus any eggs and larvae, and finally a complete clean-out. After the first detox, wait one week before doing anything else and monitor your overall wellbeing.
