Is CBD Legal?
In the United States, the legal status of CBD depends on its source, formulation, and your state of residence.
At the federal level, the 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp-derived CBD products containing less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. This means hemp-derived CBD is federally legal to sell and purchase across the United States — however, individual states retain the right to impose their own restrictions, and several do.
CBD derived from marijuana (cannabis with THC above 0.3%) remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law, regardless of state marijuana legalization.
What We Sell
All CBD products offered by Holistic Healing LLC are:
- Derived from federally legal, domestically grown hemp
- Formulated to contain less than 0.3% THC by dry weight
- Third-party lab tested for potency, purity, and compliance
- Produced in accordance with applicable federal guidelines
We do not sell marijuana-derived CBD or any product exceeding the federal THC threshold.

While hemp-derived CBD is federally legal, state laws vary significantly and are subject to change. Some states have additional restrictions on:

International Customers
CBD regulations outside the United States vary widely — from fully legal to strictly prohibited. We currently ship within the United States only. If you are located outside the US, please consult your local regulatory authority before attempting to import any CBD product.
