What Is NAD+?

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a coenzyme found in every living cell and is essential for life. Typical doses: 250–500mg NMN or NR daily, taken in the morning (NAD+ supports circadian rhythm). Sublingual or liposomal NMN may offer superior absorption. Combining with apigenin or quercetin (CD38 inhibitors) can further raise NAD+ levels.
